Aus alt mach neu

Als ich das Kleid die letzten Tage im Kleiderschrank hängen sah musste ich es direkt überziehen, war dann aber sehr enttäuscht das es nicht mehr so gut aussaß wie noch vor 1 Jahr.
Irgendwie sah ich darin sehr unförmig aus und die Gummis am Bund und Hüfte saßen sehr locker.
Also überlegte ich kurz und probierte einiges aus bis ich mich dazu entschloss aus dem Bandeaukleid einen Rock zu nähen.
Als erstes trennte ich das Gummi ab, das auf Hüfthöhe sitzt.
Dann nahm ich schnell Maß und wählte die passende Rocklänge.
Nun wird die Schere angesetzt und der Rest abgeschnitten der zu lang ist.
Ich hab ihn noch einmal kurz übergezogen um zu sehen ob der Rock die richtige Länge hat und mir gefällt.
Jetzt hab ich nur noch den Saum auf die passende Breite umgebügelt und dabei hatte ich wieder Hilfe von meinem kleinen Mitbewohner.
Unser Teddyhamster Chewbacca ist immer sehr fasziniert von dem Bügeleisen. Dieses zischen und pfeifen findet er jedesmal unglaublich interessant.
Zum Schluss noch die letzte Naht am Saum setzen und fertig ist der Rock.

Obwohl es draußen schon viel wärmer geworden ist muss ich wohl noch ein Weilchen die Strickjacke von H&M tragen. Vielleicht geht es ja demnächst schon ohne Jäckchen raus.

When I saw the dress hanging in the closet the last few days I had to pull over immediately, but was very disappointed that it’s not as good as aussaß before 1 year. Somehow I saw this very tall, and the  waist and hips were very loose. So I thought for a moment and tried some out until I decided to sew a skirt from the Bandeaudress. First I cut off the rubber, which sits at waist level. Then I quickly took measures and chose the right skirt length. Now, the shear applied and the remainder of the cut is too long.I got it again just pulled over to see if the skirt is the right length and I like it.Now I‚m down to the hem to the correct width and vice ironed while I again had little help from my roommate. 
Our teddy bear hamster Chewbacca is always very fascinated by the iron. This hiss and whistle every time he is incredibly interesting.Finally, the last stitch on the hem of the skirt is set and ready.

Although it has become much warmer outside I need to probably take a little while the cardigan from H & M’s. Maybe it will work out soon, even without jackets.
