Nach wochenlanger Arbeit ist es endlich geschafft, das DOB Classic Kostüm ist fertiggestellt.
Ich habe schon mal erwähnt, dass wir dieses Semester ein Kostüm unter dem Motto „Man´s World“ nähen sollten, in den vorgegebenen Farben Schwarz und Blau.
Ich fiel gleich aus allen Wolken, da meine Vorstellungen eines Blazers gleich vergessen werden konnten.
Aber weil es nun mal so vorgegeben war, musste ich mich daran halten. Wenigstens der Schnitt ist maßgenau auf mich zugeschnitten und ich kann ihn für andere Stoffen und auch andere Farben verwenden.
Da wir Wollstoff verwenden sollten, fällt der Blazer leider auch nicht sonderlich schön und eher schwerfällig doch Vorgabe ist Vorgabe.
Ich hab mich für einen dunkelblauen Wollstoff für die Jacke entschieden und alle Details wie Taschen, Schalkragen und der dazu gehörige Rock in schwarz genäht.
Im Endeffekt bin ich aber ganz zufrieden, er sitzt perfekt und nun fehlen nur noch die Knöpfe und die Unterlagen, damit ich alles zusammen nächste Woche zur Bewertung abgeben kann.
Falls ich aber irgendwann mal in der Chefetage arbeite und Blazer oder Kostüm Pflicht sind, bin ich schon passend angezogen.

Der Rock wirkt mit dem Top eher wie ein Kleid. Aber sieht sehr gut aus. Müssen die Knöpfe unbedingt sein? Reichen keine Haken? Der Blazer wirkt durch die Farben schon edel. Schöne Arbeit. Viel Erfolg bei der Benotung. 🙂

ahh, böse böse Paspeltaschen 😀 die haben wir die letzten 4 Wochen durchgekaut, in allen erdenklichen Farben und Formen und Verarbeitungstechniken 😀 Zum Glück nähen wir jetzt endlich den Manten und da sind bei mir nur Nahttaschen drin, juhuuu 😀
